From Soil Samples
to Digital Intelligence
Neoperk began with a simple observation: agriculture lacked accurate, accessible intelligence. Farmers made critical decisions what to grow, how to fertilise, when to intervene — based on intuition rather than data.
Starting from soil testing at IIM Bangalore's NSRCEL incubator in 2019, the founding team spent a year in the field, listening to farmers before building a single feature. That humility became the company's founding principle.
Today, Neoperk has evolved into a full-stack technology platform helping farmers, agribusinesses, and food systems make smarter decisions through science, AI, and connected data infrastructure.

2019: Founded
Started as a college project. Neoperk was founded at NSRCEL, IIMB.
2020: Roots Down
Founding team directly working with farmers.
2021: First Revenue
First paid-pilot with Nashik farmers. Incubated at DISQ.
2022: Going B2B
Shift to a B2B / B2B2F model. CInI-Yahamogi FPC project in Nandurbar, MH.
2023: Validation
Technology validation from ICAR-NBSS & LUP, Nagpur.
2024: Lease Launch
Launch of NeoSoil on Lease model. Funding from TIH-IoT, IITB.
2025: Expanding Reach
5,000+ soil tests for farmers. Expansion to 10+ states and Sri Lanka.
2026: Widening the Circle
50,000+ soil and petiole tests for farmers. 25+ B2B agri-food partners.
